A stroll through the historic centre of Strasbourg punctuated by stages during which the participants use their 5 senses in an Alsatian version! Touch 3 opaque fabric bags to find 3 spices that flavour a traditional dish, listen to the sound of 3 opaque boxes to find 3 dessert ingredients, estimate the weight of a Kougelhopf in a typical bakery and leave with it, smell 3 varieties of honey and finally taste a glass of wine (3 different Alsatian glasses per team). Available from Monday to Friday for departures between 9am and 4pm, due to the opening hours of service providers for tastings.

- The group is divided into teams formed beforehand by the company according to the exchanges to be favoured between the participants. The teams (5 to 8 members) take part in the same rally following different itineraries
- Telephone assistance during the rally in autonomy
- Correction of the answer sheets at the end of the rally and announcement of the ranking
- Distribution of rewards: 1 traditional gingerbread* for all participants and 1 bottle of Alsace wine* for each member of the winning team (*Photos on this document)
